1. Introduction

Welcome to DAVEDMX AUTOS ("we," "us," or "our"), operating at davedmxautos.com. By accessing or purchasing from our online store, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana, including but not limited to:

  • Electronic Transactions Act, 2008 (Act 772)
  • Consumer Protection Act, 2022 (Act 1061)
  • Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843)

2. Eligibility

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, and that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Ghanaian law.

3. Products & Descriptions

We sell automotive parts, accessories, and related products including car audio, floor mats, wheel covers, car covers, and more. We make every effort to display product descriptions, images, and specifications accurately. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions are error-free. If a product received differs materially from its description, you may return it in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are displayed in Ghana Cedis (GHS) unless otherwise stated.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • We accept payment via methods available at checkout. By submitting payment, you authorize us to charge the stated amount.
  • In accordance with Act 772, electronic contracts formed on this platform are legally binding upon confirmation of your order.

5. Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. An order is confirmed only when you receive an order confirmation email from us. We may cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship within Ghana and to select international destinations.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
  • Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
  • For shipping-related concerns, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and consistent with the Consumer Protection Act, 2022 (Act 1061). You have the right to return a defective or misdescribed product within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

We do not accept returns on:

  • Electrical/audio components that have been installed
  • Items damaged due to misuse

8. Warranty

Products sold carry any manufacturer warranty where applicable. We do not provide additional warranties beyond what is stated on the product listing. Warranty claims must be directed to us in writing within the warranty period.

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under Ghanaian law.
